Lymphoma Survivor: Actor Gene Wilder

I recently became aware that actor Gene Wilder was a lymphoma survivor. It is widely known his former wife Gilda Radner died of cancer (not lymphoma). Gene was diagnosed in 1999 of what he called a "unique form of Non-hodgkin's lymphoma". He had treatment & a stem cell transplant and now is in remission. He remarried and is living life the way he wants.



I applaud his attitude & try to practice living life in small ways. Sometimes I eat dessert first or indulge when I shouldn't. Don't I deserve it? All that work to survive, hey I earned a hot fudge sundae, yes?
