Staying Warm

I monitor lymphoma news and information on the Intertnet and it has been very slow lately. Maybe it is the Holidays?



It is getting pretty cold in most parts of the US now. One thing you should do if you have lymphoma is to stay warm. It helps keep energy in the body to heal from treatment. Wear loose, comfortable, and warm clothing. Layers of clothing are good as you feel temperature changes. And don't forget slippers as you loose alot of heat through your feet. If you still feel cold, a hat can help too.



Which leads me to think - why don't men wear stocking caps to bed like in the old days - there is a Christmas poem about Santa that mentions it.
