| Hodgkin's Disease and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma make up
the vast majority of cancers of the lymphatic system. Most other cancers have metastasized from other parts of the body - common metastasized cancers include breast cancer and other cancers in organs. Below are other lymphatic cancers or conditions that can become malignant (cancerous) that do not fall into the above groups. Lymphomatoid Papulosis (Reclassified by WHO)UPDATED: A comprehensive page on LyP by Nikki - see this first Lymphomatoid Papulosis is now recognized as a skin disorder that can progress into Hodgkin's Disease or forms of Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. The prevalence rate is estimated at 1.2 to 1.9 cases per million population. It does not appear to be familial.
